An international human-aid organization was looking to increase engagement during their drive-time radio-thons.
With today’s technology, we introduced a voice command/text capability that allowed listeners to dial a short code for information. Using a one-word voice command, listeners were able to receive an immediate text reply with one-click links inserted into the message, making it easy to donate, contact the call center, watch videos of the charity’s cause, and access the website.
This technology continues to power their mobile response, with 70 percent of listeners using it instead of the 800 number.
